Automatic deletion
Every converted document has a retention window. Once it passes, the file and its metadata are permanently deleted from our servers by an automated cleanup process — no manual request needed.
Current retention window
Converted files are kept for 72 hours, then deleted automatically. Download what you need before it expires — the My Files page shows the exact time remaining for each document.
Access control
Documents are tied to your browser session. Only requests carrying your session cookie can list or download your files — there is no shared or public listing of uploaded content.
No third-party sharing
Files you upload are used only to produce the conversion you requested. They are not shared with third parties, used for training, or inspected by anyone outside the automated conversion process.
