Using the service
You may use MarkForger for lawful work that you have the right to process. Do not upload malware, infringing material, or content that violates another person's privacy or rights.
Your files and results
You retain your rights in the files you upload and the content generated from them. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them and for keeping your own backup of important work.
Accounts and payments
Some features require an account or paid credits. Keep account details accurate, protect your login, and do not share access in a way that bypasses usage limits or payment controls.
Availability and changes
We work to keep MarkForger available, but conversions may be interrupted for maintenance, dependency failures, or events outside our control. We may improve or retire features with reasonable notice when practical.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, including suspected abuse or unlawful activity. You can stop using the service at any time.
